Heating by biferrite core-shell nanomagnets

We explored general trends in the heating abilities of bimagnetic core-shell nanoparticles, as a function of the core size, the nature, and the thickness of the shell, through multiple structural, magnetic, and heat generation experiments conducted on the water-based ferrofluids. Great collaboration with the group of prof. Cannas, University Cagliari. More details can be found here.
